Over the summer my granddaughter and I would read books and preparation for entrance into the first grade. She would practice the words and we thought she could see fine but she was having difficulty at times and it turned out that she needed glasses. After the school year begin I would watch her 3 to five days a week for an hour or two after school and we would start homework and practice reading books so she could stay on top of her game. She has a tendency to forget to put her glasses on which put strains on your eyes seeing the words so we got her lanyards to make sure that she would always have her classes available. We started a new book and I had her read from the beginning to the end it seem like she was struggling with words that I knew she knew and I practice before and I couldn't figure it out I told her to pull her glasses up maybe she didn't have her glasses all the way on and she was having a problem focusing on the words. She still continue to struggle and I just couldn't figure it out because we just went over these words and I knew she knew them finally she said pop pop could you hold the book steady please I can't focus on the words.😆😍😍

Knock knock
I was at a doctors appointment unrelated to Parkinson and the doctor greeted me along with an intern. I took my seat in a chair and there was chair next to it which I rested my arm on it my tremor was going a mile a minute but I tuned it out because I'm used to it. There was a knock on the door and the doctor promptly stopped what he was doing to look out to see who was there and there was no one in the hallway he sat down befuddled. He continue on with my examination then there it was again knock knock knock knock knock knock the intern this time went to the door and there was no one there. Couple of minutes later knock knock knock knock there it was again. He opened up the door and said who is it to his dismay there was no one there. Then I realized it was me who was causing the knock my arm was hitting the chair in a rhythmic motion causing the knock knock knock knock when I think about it I can control the tremor but I let it go one more time just to see if the expression on his face before I let him off the hook and apologized.😀😀😀 he was a good sport and saw the humor and laughed with me.
The operation
Couple have been married for a long time and husband was feeling insecure about whether his wife still wanted him around. He was scheduled for an operation and as usual as wife was at his side. In the haziness as the anesthesia was wearing off he could hear voices in his head saying go into the light is that your mother calling you it's okay to let go I'll be alright without you Let Go Don't hold on for me. When he woke up he realized the voice was his wife and he said it was just a toe operation honey. :-)
'Smoke a bone'
A friend of mine suggested smoking a bone to help relieve the symptoms and pain. I tried it but I could not keep the bone lit and the marrow tasted funny. It was a chicken bone maybe he meant a rib bone.😀
